SUPPORTING EMERGENCE
The Emergence Accompaniment and Support Program is designed in the form of an incubator dedicated to emerging choreographers and companies .
Aware of the difficulty of structuring an artistic project, the ACEAC is setting up a program offering support to young artists, in conjunction with five higher education establishments, various places of residence, tutoring, and a network professional mentors.
WHY IT IS ESSENTIAL
The ACEAC notes with its partners the glaring need for support for emerging artists wishing to carry out a choreographic creation project.
These young people indeed encounter real difficulties in their structuring, not having the engineering in cultural project management necessary to develop their artistic projects and their structures.
FOR WHOM ?
This program is intended for emerging artists wishing to carry out a professional choreographic creation project.
We pay particular attention to artists engaged in unique approaches such as: homelessness, the search for new formats, performance, multi-disciplinary projects...
In this sense, we welcome artists wishing to join a community committed to providing access to choreographic practices to as many people as possible.
COLLECTIVE ANDPERSONALIZED SUPPORT
This incubator offers its beneficiaries personalized support on all themes linked to the engineering of cultural projects: approach to the local implementation ecosystem, artistic advice, search for partners (residency, financing, co-production, dissemination, etc.) , approach to the inclusion of audiences far from the cultural offering, structuring assistance, legal support, professional networking at local, national and international levels, accounting-management, etc.
NETWORKING -
MENTORS / DISTRIBUTION / PARTNERS
During group days for the cohort of incubated artists, we organize professional meeting sessions to allow project leaders to expand their professional networks.
We also allow supported artists to benefit from periods of immersion alongside partner mentors of the incubator (experienced choreographers, approved companies, labeled structures, National Choreographic Centers, museums, theaters, etc.), thus integrating them into a broader artistic community.

En tant qu'artiste en incubation vous aurez bénéficierez de :
Un accompagnement mensuel sur le développement général du projet (structuration, identification des leviers, recherche de diffuseurs et de partenaires, conseil artistique…), des sessions collectives et personnalisées de tutorat en ingénierie culturelle, des périodes d’immersion aux côtés de mentors partenaires de l’incubateur (chorégraphes confirmé·e·s, structures labellisées, CCN, musées, compagnies, etc.).
Un accueil en résidence au sein de l’un des lieux partenaires (1 à 2 semaines par projet), des sessions de regroupement de la cohorte en Normandie à la rencontre des acteur·rice·s de la filière (3 sessions par année d’incubation), qui seront l’occasion de questionner collectivement l’approche de l’émergence chorégraphique, d’échanger sur les bonnes pratiques et l’évolution des projets de chacun·e, de participer à des visites de lieux et d’institutions culturelles, ainsi que de bénéficier de sessions de mise en réseau professionnelle.
Enfin, une mise en visibilité des projets réalisés sera proposée lors de la seconde édition du Festival Journées Émergence - 2026 à Rouen.
Critères d'Éligibilité :

Être diplômé·e (ou en cours de diplomation) d’une formation de l’Enseignement Supérieur Culture.

Porter un projet de création chorégraphique et/ou pluridisciplinaire avec un axe fort sur l’écriture du mouvement.

Avoir pour projet d’implanter son activité artistique sur le territoire normand.

L’incubateur a vocation à vous accompagner dans vos démarches sur une période allant de 1 à 3 ans, en fonction de votre implantation sur le territoire normand à l’issue de la première année. À la fin de cette première année d’incubation, vous serez invité·e·s à présenter un bilan d’étape relatif à l’avancement de votre projet, afin d’évaluer le chemin parcouru, les objectifs atteints, ainsi que l’ensemble de vos besoins à venir (mise en réseau professionnelle, poursuite de l’incubation en deuxième année avec une volonté d’implantation en Normandie, intégration au programme "artiste associé", etc.).
